Do I need to bleach first?
For the full bottle colour, yes: the dye deposits colour, it does not lighten. On a dark base you get a tint. The shades that show most on brown hair: Bordeaux, Sapphire, Ruby Rouge, Cyclamen, Pine Green, Aubergine, Vermillion Red, Fire, Pinkissimo.
How long does it last?
Up to 10-12 washes. Cold water, a late first shampoo and a little cream in your conditioner make it last longer.
Does it damage hair?
It is a semi-permanent cream with no PPD, ammonia or peroxide: it does not lighten and does not alter the structure like a permanent dye. It contains sunflower seed, raspberry seed and avocado oils. The 24-hour patch test is still a must.
How many bottles do I need?
Short: 1. Medium (shoulder): 1-2. Long or thick: 2-3. Each bottle is 100 ml. In doubt, two: you’ll use the second for the touch-up.
How do I apply it?
Gloves. Dry or damp hair, well saturated. 15-30 minutes (45-60 for more intensity). Cold water rinse. First shampoo as late as you can. Full guide in “How to”.
Can I mix shades?
Yes, every Crazy Color® shade mixes with the others. With Neutral Mix you get the pastel version. Recipes and previews in the Mixing lab.
The blue or green won’t go: what now?
Blues fade towards green. A teaspoon of Pinkissimo in your conditioner neutralises it (official FAQ). To remove colour: frequent warm washes with a clarifying shampoo.
Do I need a patch test?
Yes, 24 hours before and every time, even if you have used the shade before. Behind the ear or inside the elbow. For ages 16 and over.

We ship within Italy only: €8 up to €29.99, free from €30 (six bottles). Courier and times: TO BE CONFIRMED: courier and delivery times.
Can I return a bottle?
TO BE CONFIRMED: return and withdrawal terms (by law 14 days; opened cosmetics are excluded for hygiene)
Is it vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes: 100% vegan and cruelty-free (PETA), gluten-free and paraben-free. Made in the UK by Renbow International Ltd.
Do you ship abroad?
No, Italy only for now. The English version of the site is for people living in Italy.
